INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- Club soda to top
- Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish
- Ice
HOW WE MAKE IT
Gently muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.
Add vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Fill with ice and stir to combine.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
