DIFFICULTY
A Mexican Mule — tequila instead of vodka, served in the classic copper mug. The agave brings a depth you don’t get from a regular Moscow Mule, and the ginger beer kick makes it impossibly refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz ginger beer (Fever-Tree recommended)
- Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish
- Crushed ice
HOW WE MAKE IT
Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with crushed ice.
Add tequila and fresh lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Traditional Moscow Mule (vodka), Kentucky Mule (bourbon), or Jamaican Mule (rum). We can offer a build-your-own-mule station at larger events.
Bartender's Secret
Pro tip: Always use real ginger beer, not ginger ale. Ginger beer is spicier, drier, and makes the drink — ginger ale just makes it sweet and soft.
