A tropical twist on the classic mojito — vodka instead of rum for a cleaner finish, fresh pineapple for sweetness, and plenty of mint and lime to keep it bright. Perfect for guests who want something tropical without the heavier rum feel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda to top
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish
  • Ice

HOW WE MAKE IT

Gently muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.

Add vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Fill with ice and stir to combine.

Top with club soda.
