INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz club soda
- Lemon slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
- Ice
HOW WE MAKE IT
Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.
