A Pour House signature — fresh pineapple, tequila, and a warm ginger kick. It tastes like summer and feels like a cocktail bar in Tulum. One of our most-ordered custom drinks at weddings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz ginger syrup (or muddled fresh ginger + simple syrup)
  • 0.25 oz agave nectar
  • Pineapple leaf and lime wheel for garnish
  • Ice

HOW WE MAKE IT

Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger syrup, and agave to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.

Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish with a pineapple leaf and lime wheel.

Serve immediately — pineapple juice loses its foam fast.
